Hyderabad – On the blessed occasion of the Urs of Qutb-e-Waqt Hazrat Khawaja Khawajgan Mufti Muhammad Mahmood Al-‘Auri (رحمہ اللہ علیہ), Dr. Sahibzada Uzair Mehmood Al-Azhari (Director, Al-Muassasah Al-Ilmiyyah Al-Asriyyah) delivered his first speech after recovering from illness — a moment filled with spiritual emotion and gratitude.
After thanking Allah Almighty and expressing heartfelt appreciation to his beloved students, disciples, followers, scholars, and especially his parents for their continuous prayers, Dr. Uzair Al-Azhari reflected deeply on the Quranic verse:
"Alhamdulillahi Rabbil ‘Aalameen".
He explained that a person truly becomes worthy of praise (Laa'iq-e-Hamd) only when the blessings and qualities granted by Allah — be it knowledge, spirituality, strength, or talent — are correctly transferred or utilised to benefit others. Only then does Allah cause others to praise such a person.

Conversely, when those divine blessings are misused or wasted, the individual becomes worthy of blame (Laa'iq-e-Zamm). Dr. Uzair offered clear examples, showing how those blessed with knowledge or power, if they misuse it — whether in Israel or Pakistan — face public disapproval and divine condemnation.
His message was especially directed to future scholars and students, reminding them of their responsibility to transmit knowledge, power, and spirituality with sincerity and accuracy. Through this, they become instruments of divine praise rather than criticism.
At the end of the gathering, Dr. Uzair Al-Azhari also had a warm meeting with Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, where he presented him with a gift of scholarly books, reflecting mutual respect and dedication to Islamic learning.
