In the face of global oppression, brutality, and tyranny — when the Muslim Ummah feels powerless and cornered — what meaningful role can we still play for our Palestinian brothers and the people of Gaza?

This vital question formed the theme of a deeply reflective and practical session held at Al-Muassasah Al-Ilmiyyah Al-Asriyyah, led by Dr. Sahibzada Uzair Mehmood Al-Azhari, in the esteemed company of Hakim Syed Zaheer Ahmad Naqshbandi and Sahibzada Agha Junaid Mujaddidi.

The gathering brought together scholars, professionals, and community leaders to explore the intellectual and moral responsibilities Muslims must uphold amidst the ongoing genocide and devastation in Palestine. Participants included:

Aamir Yaqoob, Sheikh Muhammad Mohsin, Hafiz Jameel, Mu’eed Sahib, Owais Jafarani, Hafiz Ibrahim, Advocate Arsalan Ashfaq Zain, Ahmad Imran, Muhammad Adnan Qureshi, and several other esteemed attendees.

Dr. Uzair Al-Azhari emphasised that even when direct action seems out of reach, believers are not powerless. From sincere du'as to informed advocacy, from peaceful protest to education, from charity to raising awareness — there remains a powerful scope for resistance through intellect, unity, and spiritual strength.

The session concluded with a renewed sense of duty: to speak, to act, and never to remain silent in the face of injustice, especially when it concerns the sacred land of Al-Quds and the oppressed children of Gaza.
